Matchifieds is a classifieds site. You can
- Post a "Offered" ad
- Post a "Wanted" ad
- Anonymize your email
- Browse a category of Offered or Wanted ads
- Search by keyword or category
- Advance search by more filters
- Subscribe to Elert notifications
- Login to manage your Offered or Wanted ads
How do I use matchifieds?
- To BROWSE postings, click on the Category or Subcategory link.
- To POST your own classified ad, click "Post" and post to the proper "offer" or "looking for" category.
- To subscribe to your customized Matchifieds, click "subscribe."
- To manage your postings, login to matchifieds and go to "My Matchifieds."
What does it cost to use matchifieds?
During the beta trial Matchifieds is free to both consumers and commercial users. After the beta trial, matchifieds will remain free to consumers for personal use and a modest fee will be charged to commercial users.
What is a commercial poster?
A commercial poster is someone in the business of selling the items he or she posts. For instance, an employer posting a job posting or a real estate agent placing an apartment for sale would be commercial use.
How long will it take for my posting to appear?
When you submit a posting, a link is emailed to you to confirm you have actually placed the posting. Simply click on the link and "confirm" your posting for immediate publishing. Or, you can log into your "Mymatchifieds" account and publish your posting.
May I post in more than one category.
We recommend you post only to one category.
May I edit my postings?
Yes. Go to My Matchifieds. All changes will take effect immediately.
May I suggest a new Category for matchifieds?
Yes! All suggestions are welcome. Click here to submit a new suggestion, suggestions@Matchifieds.com
May I link to my website?
Yes.
Who can use matchifieds?
Any honest consumer or commercial business can use matchifieds.com. Matchifieds requires that your postings be truthful and that you deal with people you meet through this site in an honest manner. If you discover problems, please report them to matchifieds at flag@matchifieds.com.
How is matchifieds different from other classifieds sites?
Matchifieds enables consumers and commercial users take either an active role in contacting posters who have "offered" or a passive role in posting your own "looking for" posting. Matchifieds' patent pending matchify engine matches your classifieds posting to the other side of "offer" or "wanted."
What is match relevancy?
When you perform an advanced search, Matchifieds displays your results according to match relevancy -indicating which postings rank higher in your specified preferences.
